Maintenance Required is a 2025 romantic comedy directed by Lacey Uhlemeyer, co-written with Roo Berry and Erin Falconer. The story follows Charlie (Madelaine Petsch), the fiercely independent owner of an all-female mechanic shop. When a flashy corporate competitor opens across the street, Charlie vents her frustrations to an anonymous online confidant — unaware that she’s confiding in Beau (Jacob Scipio), her real-life business rival.
